Drew Scott, co-host of Property Brothers (HGTV), uses a great line to focus the attention of potential home buyers when they’re confronted with a nasty interior. He tells them, “You’ve got to look past the ugly”. A home with good bones is a good candidate for renewal. So, too, is furniture with good bones.
