The joinery was loose, the finishes worn and the upholstery had seen better days, but the owner had a vision and saw value in this Sheraton inspired side chair. Even in its former state, the chair was comfortable. And its size fit their home (a seaside condo). A little carpentry and a quirky Koi pattern fabric later and the chair is ready for it’s next century. It’s an unexpected pairing but it works so well.
